The technician arrived on time, previewed the job, presoaked the spots, warned us that greasy oily stains are always the most difficult to remove and he could not guarantee perfection. He then proceeded to clean the area perfectly; no spots, no shadows. The tech was open, friendly and took pride in his work. He even warned us when he was about to turn on the noisy machine. Great work from a great employee.”
